Supporting Local Talent at Chebulet FC
On 27th September 2025, the team from Total Properties headed out to visit the vibrant youth of Chebulet FC, based along Chebulet–Iten Road. Our visit was rooted in a genuine desire to encourage, uplift and empower the young players and to remind them that their aspirations matter; not just on the pitch, but in life too. Our staff spent meaningful time with the club, listening to the players’ stories, sharing encouragement and emphasizing key values like discipline, teamwork, respect and perseverance.
As Total Properties, we recognize that sport plays a unique role in shaping character, building confidence and creating opportunities and we were honored to be part of this moment.
As a tangible gesture of our support, Total Properties donated brand-new football jerseys, quality footballs and a generous supply of snacks. The sight of the young players cheering as they received their new kits and the enthusiasm they displayed as they kicked off, brought home for us the simple but powerful truth: meaningful community support can ignite hope and in that hope, growth. We believe that our work as a property-management company goes beyond managing houses, plots and rentals as our mission is anchored in integrity, performance, discipline, dynamism and cooperation. By supporting initiatives like this one with Chebulet FC, we are putting into action our conviction that business should touch lives, foster potential and strengthen communities.
